Twice now I’ve ordered in the app at the beginning of my shopping and come to the counter after 10+ minutes and they haven’t started/completed my drink. They also left out all the flavor syrups from my drink twice now. I do salted caramel cold foam and there isn’t flavor in the foam or in my coffee (where I paid for 6 pumps of caramel in my venti).
I keep giving this place a second (or third or fourth) chance and they continue to disappoint. It is easily the, slowest and rudest service from any Starbucks in town. I am surprised Hyvee tolerates that inside their store as they pride themselves on having staff that cares about customer service.
Friendly service. Great breakfast sandwich and iced coffee.
