Service was already off..then found this in my drink.
I’m usually at Starbucks! It’s a great start to my day, I just went through and I ordered mango strawberry refresher. I get this often and it’s usually a vibrant orange, it was very watered down, could have been something with there lemonade so I asked politely if they could remake it. It came out worse with the color being lighter and no flavor. I felt bad so gave them a tip. And then I saw the girls in there rolling their eyes! Chubby hispanic teenage looking female worker here keeps messing up my order and looking miserable behind the counter..? I've never said anything about the mistakes but one day I'm in line waiting to order and see some other woman with her child pointing out how her order is wrong because she asked for an iced drink and instead she have her a hot one and this girl sighs then dramatically remakes the drink being louder with the machine? I basically paid $7.13 for ice. This photo shows the 5 or 6 sips I got, gone. They certainly made sure my drink stayed cold with all that ice though. Coffee shops in general do this with all their iced drinks, but Starbucks and this store in particular is the worst I’ve seen. Stop ripping people off by filling the cup full to the brim with ice.
