I basically paid $7.13 for ice. This photo shows the 5 or 6 sips I got, gone. They certainly made sure my drink stayed cold with all that ice though. Coffee shops in general do this with all their iced drinks, but Starbucks and this store in particular is the worst I’ve seen. Stop ripping people off by filling the cup full to the brim with ice.
I have never wrote a review before due to not being as upset as I am today. I went to target with a friend and of course have to get starbucks! We got our drinks and went to shop. While walking off I took a sip and it tasted off so i stirred it. I took a few more sips to realize it didn’t taste right. The espresso could have been super burnt and/or over sweetened, something and I just wanted it remade. Went up, said Im sorry this just doesn’t taste right. They are all such nice people there anytime I have a problem. They are very quick to fix it. I 100% would recommend this Starbucks
Staffs are nice. Drink was prepared efficiently. However the main problem is the cleaniness. Several flies were noted at the preparation area.
