As always exceptional customer Service and great new Dubai chocolate matcha!
Taylor the cashier was totally rude and disrespectful to me. She was condescending and mean. I will not be returning to this Starbucks. I am disappointed at the customer service at this location. Update: After receiving a reply to this review, I followed the instructions and received terrible customer service once again. How frustrating.
Lobby is closed???? People are inside….
I got three caramel steamers and they were just warm milk no caramel flavor at all, it is a ridiculous joke to spend 35 dollars and can't get what u want.
