Took 20 minutes for a literal chocolate croissant, to where i was going to barely miss boarding, then the lady dropped the crosssint on the nasty floor when handing it to me. She didn't give me a new one or a refund. They are incredibly slow and don't really care about their customers. Do not go there if you don't want your money or time wasted.

Ordered 35 minutes before my flight. They were extremely disorganized and forgot my order. 30 minutes later I told them my flight was boarding and could I please get my $16 worth of drinks. They quickly got me just in time, but they definitely realized that my cups were forgotten and found them. Don't order unless you have about an hour or more before boarding
Very slow service.
Mobile ordering is always broken or not available because they don’t staff enough. There’s not enough workers, EVER!
