Ordered 35 minutes before my flight. They were extremely disorganized and forgot my order. 30 minutes later I told them my flight was boarding and could I please get my $16 worth of drinks. They quickly got me just in time, but they definitely realized that my cups were forgotten and found them. Don't order unless you have about an hour or more before boarding
Very slow service.
Mobile ordering is always broken or not available because they don’t staff enough. There’s not enough workers, EVER!
Ordered Venti, gave me Grande. I didn’t realize that as the total was around $8 for iced cinnamon dolce latte, which was expected. I happen to realize that when I got the order and I checked my receipt, they put Grade and charged me extra for syrup and other stuff that comes as default I believe and that’s how the total was $8. I am not sure why they would do that, or may be this is normal as it’s airport!
