My bad for ordering an iced coffee and expecting coffee in it. I was literally given a cup of heavy cream and syrup. Kindly asked them if there was a mistake as there appeared to be no coffee in my iced coffee order. They poured out some of the cream and added a little coffee to it but it was still mostly heavy cream. I have the same drink order at every Starbucks I go to which is how I knew immediately it was made wrong. Please train your employees.
The most friendly Starbucks staff have ever had the pleasure to have an experience with and I've been to a lot of Starbucks. I'm currently sitting at my gate enjoying this awesome matcha green tea frappuccino. When I picked it up the barista told me that this was going to be the best matcha green tea frappuccino that I've ever had I grabbed a straw, placed it in my drink, took a sip. Waited 30 min. I then said something to them. And with the worse attitude they said “I dont to the mobile orders” and walked away. I had to find someone else about my order
Always found friendly faces especially for those who woke up early. Consistency of food/drinks is not high. Also last visit had no working station for lattes?
