Emanuel and Karmen were the only two working with at least 20 drink orders at one time. They stayed focused even though there were angry customers. Those two did great. The scheduling, however, is what did them and the customers a disservice. Emanuel called out next drink names to keep everyone aware of where we were in line. Both of them were making drinks as fast as they could.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, and consistently slow. After years and years of issues and disappointment, I am adding this review. The staff (regardless of who is there or how many people are working a shift) acts as if nobody is ever pressed for time in an airport. Today there were 4 people behind the counter. I was 3rd in line and it still took them 28 minutes for them to take and make my order. The delay did not even appear to be a result of heavy mobile orders.

Took 20 minutes for a literal chocolate croissant, to where i was going to barely miss boarding, then the lady dropped the crosssint on the nasty floor when handing it to me. She didn't give me a new one or a refund. They are incredibly slow and don't really care about their customers. Do not go there if you don't want your money or time wasted.

Ordered 35 minutes before my flight. They were extremely disorganized and forgot my order. 30 minutes later I told them my flight was boarding and could I please get my $16 worth of drinks. They quickly got me just in time, but they definitely realized that my cups were forgotten and found them. Don't order unless you have about an hour or more before boarding
