Every time I tried to order a drink from this location the staff always say "we cant make that because this machine is broken" or, they dont have all the ingredients for the drink you want to order. Then why have it on the menu?? You better off going to the Human Bean right around the corner cause this starbucks is a joke.

I came in well before closing probably a half hour before closing with just needing an iced coffee which would just require a blender and the older lady with the brownish hair and the wrinkles refused to make my order stating she's getting off soon. The laziness is unreal. Like I get your getting off soon but it's your job to help customers WHILE YOURE ON THE CLOCK.

This is the third time I have come to this Starbucks(in Safeway) to order a mocha cookie crumble frappe only to be told the exact same thing. That they don’t have the frappe roast and it needs to be brought from the back! Really. I don’t buy that story anymore, I think this girl just doesn’t want to make my drink, come on! Like what’s the big deal, if you don’t want my business I won’t come back to your store. I just saw someone come out of the store with lo and behold a frappe. Pretty shady if you tell me.
