Ordered a cold brew- half and half, with cold foam; staff stated they were out of cold brew- made the drink with iced coffee.. with no ice. Ordered second hot coffee; the cup of coffee was very old - while two women that were served before us “appeared close friends” with staff/ and even remade the women’s drink - while staff messed the initial drink up. Your coffee is pricey regardless. Staff should be more attentive- Starbucks shouldn’t be “running out of product” you’re a million dollar corporation. Had to throw these dri... read more

Servers are always not very nice, if so pls make the machine that you don’t need click extra for not paying tips. And the coffee tasted bad
