Terrible experience with the drink I got from here. Placed a customized order which I do millions of time, they didn’t make it right, after showing them picture of how it should look like, they still didn’t want to remake it.
Service is slow. Staff not so friendly. Been here a half hour and still did not have my latte I ordered.
Inaccurate “see you soon” per app. Experienced repeated unreasonable delays using app. 25 minutes, not 7-10. Defeats the experience. See you much later, Slowbucks.
