What do you expect for a Starbucks? Hot drinks are cold. They don’t seem to know how to make signature drinks at this location. This location disappoints every time from the service to drinks. That’s a shame too cause it never was like this. 7 yrs ago this location was given the attention. Today… nothing. They’re always missing something… an ingredient or they “cant make it I’m out of this syrup.” You’re already in downtown Oak Park if you ever find yourself here… go elsewhere! The girl was just standing there bopping her head around staring into space when there were multiple people waiting for their drinks to be made, weird.
In winter they close the door so the only way to access the Starbucks is from the other side of the target. The Starbucks is extremely small one employee working and it looks like a mess. There was a person in line that took about five minutes debating what they wanted and the Starbucks employee just stood there and didn’t ask them to step aside until they were ready like a normal establishment would. I ended up walking out since my time isn’t respected
