I had a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to the team's professionalism and care. Mina handled a mix-up with my drink calmly and kindly, and made sure everything was corrected without any fuss. I also appreciated hearing April, perhapz the manager?commend Mina for how well she handled the situation. It really showed a supportive team environment and strong leadership. It's always nice to see employees treated with respect while customers are taken care of. I'll definitely be back.
