Grading it as a Starbucks more so than overall because I dont find Starbucks to be particularly high quality. But in this general area this one makes the drinks better, more consistently. I'll grab the drinks here since my wife insists on Strawberry Acai every morning. Its across the Street from Angelos though so you can grab better food there.
Our placerville stop to and from Tahoe. I love the remodel of the bathroom sink outside the restrooms. Perfect remedy for homeless people going in and bathing in the RR!
Cash is the name of one of the baristas at this location. He has an amazing and caring, personality, and wonderful customer service and social skills. I asked him to help me with a gift card that was supposed to have money on it, but ended up having nothing. He wasn’t able to help me due to the rules of the store, but he really did show concern and compassion for my situation and expressed empathy. I really want to commend him for his people skills.
