I stood in line for 10 minutes while Shark D. handled all of the orders alone, Julia finally came back from a long break and had an attitude didn’t say hi when she took my order and rolled her eyes when I said hi to her.. when I asked her about the pricing because it’s different from other Starbucks stores, she rolled her eyes again before explaining. Shark D was polite And try to be as accommodating as possible, but Julia was not a pleasure to deal with at all. More training is definitely recommended for her.
Love the customers they make my day better !
Jordan and Danielle just made my year excellent baristas
Mala atención de la trabajadora
