These guys are always pretty fast, and nice. Good customer service. In the last two weeks though, I’ve been receiving drinks that were supposed to be alternative milk (lactose intolerant, I CANNOT drink milk even a little) and were made with real milk. Even drinks that are signature oat milk lattes that default come with oat milk, I’ve received twice with real milk. REJOICE!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars forever because the square ice still lives!!! My iced beverages are SO much better with it, versus the little nugget chunks that melt and dilute your drink immediately — gross & truly the worst to switch to in my opinion, and most other locations only have that (is it because it’s cheaper?). I will literally make the drive here because of this, so thank you! PLEASE never switch!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the last 2 months from having the kindest, caring, and most thoughtful staff. I tip EVERYONE, right down to convenient store employees. The recently hired staff don't even deserve the coins in my change. In the 20+ years that I've been an extremely generous and loyal customer at Starbucks, this is the FIRST TIME I EVER WROTE A COMPLAINT to the company. I hope this gives you something to think about the next time you go about hiring your employees.
