The staff was very condescending, as well as the wait time being extremely long, but not many customers. Seemed more like a group of kids hanging out rather than a buisness. Two young ladies at the register but still took a very ridiculously long time. There's lots of coffee around here and much better service, ill skip this Starbucks next time. The location and decor is nice but the service and staff need a lot of improvement

Got a bottle of juice at the Providence Hospital Starbucks. Accidentally dropped some change under their cooler -- my mistake, yes -- when I asked the cashier to help she just said "There's nothing I can do about it." and glibly smiled. No "Sorry, but...". Then she short changed me and didn't give me a receipt. It's not about the money, it's the rudeness in place of customer service. Later I called to address the manager.
