I love this place ! But I need to charge my PC
This doesn't matter but I will never go to this location or probably any Starbucks again. The inconsistency in the drink orders are laughable I've tried too many times to count and just give up on the brand, and to top it all off when trying call to talk to someone the phone is off the hook. These drinks are way too expensive for the consistent errors.
I ordered a matcha latte, but unfortunately it wasn’t mixed well. The matcha powder was still dry and clumpy, which made it less enjoyable to drink. I usually really like this drink when I get it from another location, so I was a bit disappointed this time.
The barista became rude in the drive thru line once she saw we put No Thank You for tip, there was no extra service provided to make reason for a tip. You don't have to be rude, get a new job if you don't like your wage. Tipping has gotten out of hand.
