Literally just purchased a Venti White Chocolate Macchiato iced walked away to start my shopping in Target, tasted it & it was super sweet…went back after checking out at register to tell them & instead of them offering to re make or exchange for something else I get “it has 6 pumps of white chocolate that’s why it’s so sweet” extremely horrible customer service. So many times it says open online but you go inside and it's closed. No one there.
Was told the employee was on break and I had to wait fifteen minutes, then some other employee with nothing behind the eyes told me he could make a drink if I 'told him how to do it'. Why would I pay ten dollars for a coffee if I have to tell the employee how to make it??? hello??? Target/Starbucks should be ashamed of this kind of customer service!!!!
Great service from this guys in this location and they even went for that plus with this customized cup holders . Thank you guys at Starbucks in Target
Asked for a drink no ice, was told they could only fill it three quarters full. Never going there again
