Horrible customer service attitude for no reason need to hire new crew
This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It was Incredibly slow, and they got my order wrong, remade my order wrong, and then told me I should be grateful because they gave me a bigger one of what I didn’t want. It was an amazing experience.
quick service looks different. the best one was the lady who took the order. 5 people and no progress. maybe it would be good to change the process flow - 2 people to heat up the food during the rush hour is strongly recommend.
