Horrible service! There was a full line and only one person attending it. There were a total of 5 baristas and the other 4 were facing away from customers only turning our direction when dropping off drinks. They were too busy gossiping with one another and only Nico was attending customers while looking back at the other staff eyeing them for help. One person making drinks this morning but she was slinging them fast, worked easily for me.
Food was still cold in the middle on two separate items. Coffee wasn't full in the cup. Rude customer service
They just don’t make your food until you actually ask them to after a long wait while others ordered long after you were able to get theirs and leave. Just because you didn’t TIP them. This is a to-go coffee shop.
