Food was still cold in the middle on two separate items. Coffee wasn't full in the cup. Rude customer service
They just don’t make your food until you actually ask them to after a long wait while others ordered long after you were able to get theirs and leave. Just because you didn’t TIP them. This is a to-go coffee shop.
Ordered a drink I order 3-4 times a week. I noticed it wasn’t made correctly and asked the barista to remake it. She had a horrible attitude and proceeded to argue back and forth with me about the way the drink was made. She was nasty, rolled her eyes and completely ignored my concerns. I walked to the Starbucks near terminal b10, reordered my drink and it was made correctly. If zero stars were possible…that’s what you would get. Terrible slow service. Staff has 0 customer service and they couldn't care less what you order. That was last time I spend any money on Starbucks.
