It’s as bad as everyone is saying unfortunately.
I walked up to the counter at 8:44pm. I asked if they were closed? The barista "Mo" told me, yes, they were closed,woth an attitude and didn't even acknowledge me! I said, I thought you closed at 9pm and she said, not always. I said, can you make me a tea? She shook her head, no. Very Rude and not an ouch of customer service!!! Our flight was delayed and received voucher to use and a tea would have been nice to sip on during my wait in front of my gate. But, they decided to take it upon themselves tp close early! Don't bother ordering. They'll roll the dice and give you whatever they want. My family of 3 went there. Out of the 3 orders, 0 were correct. Bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit -> sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin Double bacon and egg -> two slices of bacon between an English muffin The other sandwich nearly didn't come out. Of course I'm not expecting 5 star service from an airport restaurant, but at least getting the order right would be nice.
