Drive thru lady was rude and rushing us. Carmel Macchiato tasted like burned espresso, did not have any of the treats we wanted. Just a bad experience, will not go to another
I ordered a Venti pistachio Frappuccino with oatmilk, when I got to the window I was charged for the venti but was handed a tall. They corrected the mistake, but forgot the oatmilk. Very disappointed because I can't have any regular milk due to allergies.
The employees were loud and disrespectful very unprofessional there was someone talking to one of the employees and they were talking with their hands and the employee was mocking that person by rolling their wrist back at them
