I’m officially done going to this Starbucks. Over the last year we have ran into them shutting everything down WAY before their posted closing time. Multiple times it was nearly an hour before closing. We were told they could only serve cold items because machines were already cleaned. Isn’t this a coffee place??? Then today they completely put my order in wrong for 1 and the other they added something to that wasn’t part of the drink. I saw that they had the Summer Berry drink still out so I asked them if they were able to sell it even though it was out of season, and they said that they were and they rang it up. When I got it the boba was shriveled up and the drink was gray so clearly it was expired, they should not be telling customers they’re able to sell the drink if they know it’s expired.
People working at this location today were very pleasant. They acted as though they enjoyed their jobs.
Don't bother ordering through the app, they will never actually make your drink order.
