It's unfortunate knowing there's no way this location survives. The service is unlike any other Starbucks I've been to, and there's been too many negative experiences to even name them all. Could be ownership doing a poor job of hiring and training, though.
I really love coming to this location and it is worth the extra 2 miles. They always make my drink right. I used to go to the Northside location as it’s barely a mile from where I live and they mess up my drink every other time.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was immediately told to hold on. That wouldn’t have been a big deal, but I ended up waiting about five minutes before anyone took my order. I ordered a grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with extra caramel, which I was charged extra for. When I got my drink, it was extremely watery—more like melted vanilla ice cream than a Frappuccino. Staff is very friendly ! I spilt my drink as I was walking into work and I went back to Starbucks to pay for a new drink, and they remade it for me for free! They even did this during a quite busy morning, rush!
