Second time in a month I’ve been to this location and it’s been closed on a Saturday! This time at least there’s a sign on the trashcan that they have blocking the drive-through that says see you tomorrowI

Almost always out of what you order, very long waits, randomly disable the app. Edit: I have edited this review to reflect that the location has improved their service significantly over the last couple years.

Yesterday the drive through gentleman had an outburst. Tore off his apron throw it on the ground and stormed away. I asked for a refund like 4 times and he kept trying to disregard what I was saying.

It's a Starbucks. This location is very busy but also very small. No indoor seating. Be prepared for a long wait in the drive through at peak times in the morning.

I work in the plaza with this Starbucks and I often walk up to the window during my shifts, every time I do, I feel as if I am bothering the crew. I get greeted with blank stares and silence and am never told to have a nice day or sent off with a polite farewell and the crew often has a horrible attitude to those coming to the walk up window that they don’t have with customers going through the drive thru.
