☕ Starbucks Kahala – Beyond Disappointing I placed a mobile order expecting the usual smooth pick-up. Instead, I received a cup of coffee that was literally half empty. I politely asked for a remake. Great upgrade to this store which always pleases
The people that work here are extremely rude and not helpful in any way, they ridicule and chuckle about it. While she was doing that I noticed the 2 friends of hers setting at a table next to the register were making gestures while scoffing and giggling. But they quickly looked away as soon as I turned around. The people that work here are absolutely disgusting and hateful. Never go here.
We all have our morning routines - a very big and warm thank you to Kelly, Denton, Alana, Devin, and Dani at Starbucks Kahala Mall for making the mornings special. And yes, a venti caramel Frappuccino … in a glass!!! 😱
