As a frequent Starbucks customer and business owner myself, I have never had a bad experience before that has prompted me to leave a bad review. I came in Monday August 18th around noon. I went up and waited by the cash register. There was no line, until a group came in behind me. I noticed 4 employees and one who seemed to be in charge (a lady with dark wavy hair) was training someone. A simple "Hi! We will be with you in just a moment," would have been more appropriate. 3 stars bc the atmosphere is really bad. Tables are too small and it’s not comfortable. Love the cold AC, but you gotta get some better seating and use the space better. Can’t even come here to do work with more than one person.
