I visit Starbucks often, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at any location in the chain across the hundreds of stores in 30+ countries we have visited (we collect the mugs). The cashier this morning was easily one of the least helpful and least customer-oriented employees I’ve encountered.
