I ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, and it was terrible. It tasted completely different from the one I usually get. The employee didn’t remember the recipe and had to ask someone else how to make it. I had to wait 20 minutes for just one drink. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better service from Starbucks.!!!
Worst Starbucks that I have been to. Barista kept chatting internally while I am waiting at the counter to order. They didn’t have Dark roast ( during morning hours), so ordered Pine place. Got Luke warm coffee. What’s the point of having a coffee company?
Taken croissants and cortado. All are good. Service is slow because only two persons are there to take orders and serve
I don't have time complain about my order but atleast get it right. I can't blame everything on the server since she was the only one there at 915 and was already in the process of completing someone else's order.
