Terrible experience. Today in the afternoon I ordered a Grande latte with syrup at the Hawaii Kai Starbucks and even left a $2 tip, but the cup was barely filled a little over halfway! At other locations, they always fill it up properly. Complete disappointment and poor service. This was my first and last time visiting this place.
She is Very Nice to everyone and has a beautiful smile. Really nice to answer my lots of questions about coffee. Very appreciated🙏😍
