This is not the first time I’ve been given a nasty drink from this location, however this recent one was the worst yet. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino that was half caffeinated made with soy milk. I had it delivered via DoorDash and once I got it, the drink tasted like trash. It taste like cigarettes dipped in water. It is so bitter and burnt, and there’s no caramel taste whatsoever. I spent 15 dollars to have this drink delivered and to be disappointed. I’ll take my business elsewhere to cheaper and more affordable options... read more
Let me preface this review by saying that the Asian Barrista who took our order was an absolute sweetheart. I forgot to ask for extra ice for my iced coffee and it wasn't to my liking. Sent my son in for a cup of ice thereafter and he was told he would have to pay for it. The apology when I went back inside for my extra ice would not have been warranted if my son who was with me the entire time when I ordered was simply given some ice.
