Fast and polite service
There are Starbucks, then there are STARBUCKS! this location on FM3009 is the latter. They always say hello, wish you a good day, morning or afternoon. Courteous staff customer driven and clearly a cut above. Oops almost empty, time to refill.
I was at the drive thru and hoping to get my regular caramel frappe. Usually the customer service is friendly, but the girl taking my order (she has darkish brown hair with bangs & in a pony tail and she has glasses w/ black frames) was so rude and unwelcoming. I believe it’s because I didn’t tip on card because that is when her attitude shifted and she added little to no whip cream on my drink—which is the best part. She glared at me after handing my drink and refused to say anything or acknowledge me when I thanked her.
