It’s tough because the staff is friendly, the store is clean and the food is great, but there are barely any outlets for me to come and study or do work on my computer here. The large table that most stores have is not as useful when the table isn’t plugged in because the outlet doesn’t work (tried my own charger there). Then the other tables available have to share outlets throughout, which isn’t ideal when it’s busy.
Was my favorite and the past year it’s been terrible customer service
Consistently a long wait for your order! Service went downhill when they moved from their original location at the promenade of Westlake. Long drive-through line, parked my car and got to the door and there was no service inside. This happened a couple of times so I left and haven’t been back since. 7 Brew opened directly across the street!! Hopefully, they have better service!
