Good food, but takes forever What should be 1-3 minuets, takes 30
Ordered a frappichino on the app with no whip. Pick up in drive thru, Got whip on the drink. She asked if I was shure and checked the label. Then knocked the whip off and poured it in a different cup without the finishing toppings. Poor attitude at this store.
I pulled up to the Starbucks drive thru , I placed an order and the lady who worked the window at 4pm on Saturday 8/1/26. Said we can't brew that, so I took their second best choice and drove up to the windows and after receiving the coffees the girl said rudely: "next time for your reference, do not order from the passanger seat of the car because I couldn't hear you". I thought that was uncalled for and rude! She should of smiled and said thank you instead of being a smart mouth!
What an absolute joke. Wait times are always insane (20-40min), orders are frequently incorrect or missing items, and the staff looks completely lost at all times. Glaring staffing & training issues at this location. There are like 4 others in a relatively short distance from this one. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.
