I had a wonderful experience here today! Felix was incredibly nice and helpful, taking the time to make sure my drink was prepared perfectly. He mentioned he recently moved to the area, and I honestly think he’s a fantastic addition to the team. It’s great to see such high-quality service—I’ll definitely be back!
Always understaffed
Busy location ...plan on a wait. These three staff people were working as fast as thy could and I still waited almost 25 minutes for just 4 drinks (3 were just tall plain coffees)
Service was very poor. We waited almost 10 minutes without anyone taking our orders neither talking or looking at us.
