The manager here is very nice. His staff can get spacey though, especially on the drive-thru. And when they make mistakes, they don't apologize, and on occasion give attitude. Some improved oversight is needed. Otherwise food/drinks are excellent.
The people who work there are very friendly and polite. The person who served me saw that I use a cane and actually brought my food and coffee over to me. The location is nearby, so I can meet friends. The price is high, but tolerable considering the other aspects of the shop.
I think that the food here is better than you would expect. they are about to see me here a lot.
