Absolutely ridiculous. Purchased 65 bucks worth of items- go to pay with $100 bill and asked for smaller bills. Would not accept the 100 bill. So I didn't take the order. I didnt have anything smaller. Absolutely ridiculous that they can not give you change of 100 on 65 bucks worth of items.
Upon Arrival workers Ben & Jair had excellent customer service skills! They both went beyond in helping this customer make a delicious coffee! Thank you very much!
Update for July 24, 2026: Communication of Problems (Edit: The problem I describe is the responsibility of Starbucks Corporate to fix. The public sees the local employees, but my sense is they're not in the position to proactively solve these issues) A breakfast sandwich I ordered was listed in the app but unavailable in the store.
