I placed a large online order for my law firm at Starbucks, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was greeted by Melissa. She had everything ready, perfectly packed, and her pleasant demeanor made the experience even better. She went above and beyond and truly made my day! Excellent service. Thank you, Melissa!
Drinks are good 5 ⭐ for baristas working there. But what kind of Starbucks closed their lobby before 5 pm on Saturday and 'forced' customers to order thru drive thru? Was with friends and we were forced to leave. I'll go to another Starbucks near by next time, thank you for the experience!
Management, please take this complaint seriously... I drive through this Starbucks location four out of every five work days and order the exact same coffee. As a regular customer, today I encountered a young girl, GIGI, who was legitimately the RUDEST PERSON I have ever come across in my adult life! She was insulting, curt and showed complete arrogance.
