I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Starbucks on Manchester Expressway. I placed my order online a full hour ahead of time, expecting it to be ready when I arrived—but it was still 30 minutes late. This caused my granddaughter to be late for school, something that has never happened before, and during Teacher Appreciation Week at that. Convenient location
Get shot at quite often when ordering a drink. Recommend not going
This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to hands down. I get the simplest drink every time. A cold brew. This dude hands me a cold brew so watered down it looks like tea. I was polite when I asked him if he could remake it because it looks and taste watered down. His response was “there’s water in it” I said I know you guys make it from concentrate but the ratio isn’t bold at all it taste like tea. So he remade it the exact same way so I just laughed and threw it away.
