Not coming back
Very disappointed with my experience here. The employee (TREY) was very rude, ignored me while I was standing at the counter directly in front on him, 6 employees on duty no greeted me upon my arrival, I stood directly in front of Trey he looked in my eyes and turned his head as if I was a brick wall it made me feel unwelcome. Customer service and respect for everyone should be a priority. Terrible customer service experience. I was about to place a mobile order for coffee when my daughter 5 year old urgently needed to use the restroom. The restroom was locked, so I politely asked the cashier for the code. She told me I could not use the restroom because I hadn’t ordered yet even she saw my my daughter urgently need to use restroom After I asked again, she gave me the wrong code!!
