I love this place
Friendly staff good service
I went to the drive-thru today, Friday, at 6:19 PM and sat at the speaker for a long time waiting for someone to take my order. No one ever spoke to me or acknowledged that I was there. Since I received no response, I drove up to the window. When I got there, and the employee( BIG GIRL WITH GLASSES) rudely waved her hand at me to go away and made a nasty face instead of explaining what was going on. This is easily the worst Starbucks in the area now. The drive thru lines have suddenly become painfully slow, and mobile order pickups take forever. I noticed the shift about a month ago, and a supervisor mentioned that the previous manager quit and the new manager is still learning. That is not an excuse for how badly this store is being run.
