Employees were really friendly to me. I've been visiting this place for a few days since I arrived to Hawaii and they were really lovely. Thanks for your service 🥰
Girl at the counter moved like a turtle, zero customer service, and ignored me i think cause i was asian.
Employees didn’t even greet us for three or four minutes and seemed cold and unhappy to do so when they did. It then took over 10 minutes to get our drinks, one of which was just an iced coffee with no sweetener or cream. The drinks were okay, though nothing special. If not, I would have rated them one star. Disappointing in a company I love.
