Why does it take 12 years to get your drink over here??? What is going on lol. What are y’all doing in there for it to take so long.
Hands down one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to consistently. Today was one the worst. 30 minutes in the drive thru (2 people in front of me), before I give up and go inside. There are three employees- nobody ordering or waiting for drinks inside. Every employee moving incredibly slow, behind the counter was a dirty mess. I come to this Starbucks 6 days a week, and I think many of the complaints about wait times are unfairly directed at the store staff and managers. This location stays extremely busy, and a major part of the issue is the volume of mobile orders being allowed at one time. As someone who has made Starbucks my workspace for almost a decade, I've seen a lot of challenges in stores due to online orders. I had a terrible experience. As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted with nothing but silence. I stood in front of the counter for three whole minutes, waiting for someone to take my order. Finally, someone arrived, but instead of taking my order, he kept walking away. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
