It’s probably been 5 years plus since I’ve been in a Starbucks. I was curious to see what changes occurred with their new mega priced CEO. I don’t think I’ll return anytime soon, given the multiple other choices of privately owned local coffee shops in town. There are more places to sit which is a positive. The coffee is less bitter. The service nothing to brag about. As impersonal and dutiful as ever. Heidi was awesome! My Pecan chai was really good!
Came in asked for a summer berry refresher less ice and got more than the cup full of ice and they put lemonade in it also there was almost no boba.also they don’t do deals 😒
Barista Christian is awesome! She knows how to provide an excellent customer experience. She made my birthday drink special and gave me a cake pop to add to the experience.
