For some reason at this location specifically, a certain employee working the drive through has a personal unwillingness towards making a double chocolate chip Frappuccino. Though this drink has been removed from the menu, it can still be ordered at every other location I’ve been to as a custom order. My morning routine is to stop by starbucks for a breakfast sandwich and coffee, at least 5 days a week. I ran out of ice today and ran through the drive through and requested a cup of ice water, They said they could not give me a cup of ice water, So I said I am willing to pay for it. You do not have to give it to me. Then they informed me that they also could not sell me a cup of just ice water. amazing experience. on our trip out of town we decided to stop for a quick coffee and a few sandwiches, and they provided the fastest service i’ve ever received. all seven of us got our orders in the drive thru in one minute. well done kids, well done.
