Came there two nights in a row. The first worker the first night was fine but did seem a bit annoyed. The second night the worker that served me also seemed annoyed and the water they gave me tasted like toilet water.
Some of the rudest most smart Alec workers ever they don’t smile or act like they want to be there and that is not running a good business. I got an iced coffee that was warm and when I asked the lady to fix me a fresh one she refused I will never go back there again
Stopped in today for some tea and a danish on my lunch break, and the staff was awesome. They’re really putting in the effort to make this Starbucks a pleasant place to be, and I really hope their supervisors know how well they’re doing.
I went there yesterday and got my drink paid for the extra stuff. I went there again today paid $1.45 for chocolate cold foam. And they gave me so little. So not worth the $1.45. I use the cold foam to balance the drink and it didn’t. Then the service worker asked me if I wanted a cup of it on the side. Like the whole reason I was getting my drink was to not do it myself because I am in a rush. I get it people have jobs but, I would like the amount I paid for not less.
