Inside in closed yet the app let me place a mobile order for in store pick up. So now I get to be late to my own birthday party because I have to sit in the line. If they had drive through only pick up I wouldnt have ordered. I rarely come to this location because the coffee quality is inconsistent.
Hot day today and the drive thru was FOREVER LONG. The lady in front of us was very rude to the girl at the window as we sat and watched the woman send her drink back and sat and made demands. (Mind you it is HOT and the sun is beaming right on that drive thru window) the girl at the window was red headed, with a huge smile on her face the whole time. I made a mobile order through the drive thru and waited a few minutes before going in line. The line was pretty long (which is expected) but it was going by more quickly than usual and I asked for my order. The lady sounded annoyed and said, “You ordered this 3 minutes ago. We ask you wait for 5 but you can go I guess.” By the time I got to the window it had been 10 minutes and I got my order (iced mocha with a cheese danish) but they only handed me a hot coffee.
