I made a mobile order through the drive thru and waited a few minutes before going in line. The line was pretty long (which is expected) but it was going by more quickly than usual and I asked for my order. The lady sounded annoyed and said, “You ordered this 3 minutes ago. For some reason at this location specifically, a certain employee working the drive through has a personal unwillingness towards making a double chocolate chip Frappuccino. Though this drink has been removed from the menu, it can still be ordered at every other location I’ve been to as a custom order.
