Let me tell you about this place and the amazing people who work here... The service provided by Tammie and her team was absolutely unbelievable. The atmosphere, hospitality, and friendliness were all top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. Their professionalism and attention to customer service truly stood out. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to others!
If you go to the drive-through, they always ask you for a tip even though it’s drive-through and they typically get my order wrong. I literally just get a regular coffee and they usually forget the milk.
Very nice and helpful staff. I only order simple drinks/ food from Starbucks and I’ve had no issues here. This location should host a customer service training class for the one in Berea KY.
