If you go to the drive-through, they always ask you for a tip even though it’s drive-through and they typically get my order wrong. I literally just get a regular coffee and they usually forget the milk.
Very nice and helpful staff. I only order simple drinks/ food from Starbucks and I’ve had no issues here. This location should host a customer service training class for the one in Berea KY.
Im giving it 5 stars because I love the matcha but you gotta stop making me ask for a straw. Please give people straws it’s pretty normal. Btw the guy today gave me a straw I wish everyone would do the same.
I come here almost every single day and get the same exact thing every time. I order a tall pink drink with extra strawberry puree which comes out to almost $7. Every day I get a different colored pink drink. When it’s good it’s GOOD. Unfortunately, I get more bad drinks than good. I have reported with the Starbucks live chat agent many times. Unfortunately, the extra puree still rarely gets added.
