Do they not give out brown sugar and nuts with the oatmeal!? I’ve never had to ask for it and today I mobile order an oatmeal and I was going to eat it at work and there’s no brown sugar or nuts. Disappointed to say the least.

Music is WAY too loud. Customers can’t even hear the names being called because the music is so loud. I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in as to which order I was waiting for until a minute or so… Just not the “Starbucks experience” I usually get at others. Turn down the music, please. @_@
Usually they are nice at this location. I'm not sure if maybe they were having a bad day. Although my order was wrong the girl was super nice and gave me a replacement. However I did order in cafe and my name was never called out. I thought maybe it was a mistake but my brother also didn't hear my name being called when no one else besides one other person was in the cafe. I didn't appreciate having to realize my drinks were already sitting on the counter.
