Great location with very nice employees considering the line is always busy most of the time.
For early risers. Despite the hours (they open at 4.30am) the staff is always friendly and happy.
Great patio area among the historic boulevards.

iced chai tea is a must.
I like the bacon Gouda sandwich but it's the hottest sandwich in the world. So you have to hold it out the window while you drive to cool it down.
If you walk back towards the kitchen, there's a quiet little room that's perfect for working and studying, or just sit at the bar and people watch.
A good place to study.
