Incredibly rude woman on the till today - I ordered cake pops for my kids, and she shoved the first one in my hand, and was incredibly aggressive the entire time in her mannerism. I had to stop myself from calling her out because I was with my small children and didn't want them to get worked up. Nasty experience. I see below someone had a bad experience with a woman server, if it's the same person - now it makes me think she was rude because I'm also a woman of color.
So great Baristas were attentive but lacked enthusiasm and friendly engagement that I typically associate with Starbucks baristas. I asked for a side of cream, which they provided me, but they filled my Venti only about 2/3 full to make sure I had room for cream. I had to go back and ask them to top it off.☕☕

I had a very condescending and sarcastic experience with Emma, a barista. I had trouble opening my Starbucks app and was greeted with hostility and disappointment. Please don’t treat customers this way.
Been here a few times trying to find the place and nothing. There’s no sign around. Don’t even know where the place is.
