It's really not that difficult. Somebody walks up to the counter, says good morning to you. All you have to do is open your mouth and say good morning back, but just ignoring somebody when they're standing right in front of you is just rude. If you're in customer service, be pleasant or find something else to do, that does not involve people.
Wow this Starbucks is so pretty and super comfy in the weekend. It probably caters to the office buildings here so it's very quiet over the weekends. It's spacious and the only reason I even found this place was looking for a place to charge my onewheel as I explore this new area. It's so nice that I want to stay here and work (I didn't bring my laptop unfortunately).
