The staff seem more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. Orders take forever, and the service is unbelievably slow. I’ve never experienced such poor service.

Cayman, here on saturday in may thirtieth our barista name was jose..... i normally don't write bad reviews about people.And I won't this time either.What I will say is when we came in at eleven a m for our cup of coffee.This gentleman was very clearly irritated and had had a long day. I told him to cheer up that even though it's been a long day. His reply was ya been long day what do you want..... k anything else...k and....k total.....it will be ready there... It's really not that difficult. Somebody walks up to the counter, says good morning to you. All you have to do is open your mouth and say good morning back, but just ignoring somebody when they're standing right in front of you is just rude. If you're in customer service, be pleasant or find something else to do, that does not involve people.
