I attempted A one time order by phone (forgot my morning coffee) , I told them I don’t frequent coffee houses and wanted to place an order for a coffee, she told me that I’d have to order on the Starbucks App. I told her it was a one time order for 1 coffee, she said they’re too busy to take my order by phone. I told her for all this time her time telling me to download their app, and she would not take my order I could be sitting here with my coffee! I WILL NEVER GO TO STARBUCKS EVER!
I love starbucks but this location is very understaffed and you need to be prepared to wait.
The staff seem more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. Orders take forever, and the service is unbelievably slow. I’ve never experienced such poor service.
