You employee Ella was super rude to me and I no longer feel comfortable coming there because she works all the time and I do not want her making anything for me or taking my order. I approached the counter and made my order and I picked up the scanner to scan my app and she snatched it out of my hand and yelled at me to not touch it that I was going to break it which is never happened the last 2/3000 times I’ve done it. Woman said with a straight face “Starbucks company policy changed and no longer offers refills” the company policy did not change. Lying to customers over something so petty is disgraceful
Coffee was good but i didn't like the service at all. Also the atmosphere was not pleasant.
