Correction to my previous tip, as now shown, they moved to 1710 Broadway. Great staff that always aims to please in the nicer, far more welcoming space, straddling the public plaza.

They have moves to an eminently better space across the street at 1700 Broadway. All the favs remain very good.
Staff is top notch and have a good Rhythm try the chai tea latte with skim milk and 1 pump vanilla! Yummy! If you get it hot get a pump of white chocolate mocha
Ask Will to sing you a song if he isn't already
