I honestly don’t understand the management of this Starbucks location. Once they have loyal customers, it feels like they stop caring about the customer experience. For almost two weeks now, the power outlets have been turned off, seemingly just to prevent people from using their laptops inside the store. Every time I ask the staff why, the only answer I get is, “We don’t know.” It’s hard to believe that after two weeks, nobody knows the reason. Mark the barista is the kindest person I have ever met!!! He is so funny and sweet and treats everyone like a family member. He took pictures for me and my friends and comforted us on the last day of school. He deserves everything in the world
