Solid cup of coffee, no pretension. Good spot to grab a quick drink.
Manager Tracy has a bad attitude and isn’t willing to fix drinks when they are messed up. She does not deserve to be manager and the face of the store when she can’t even bother to treat customers respectfully. She is on a power trip and I think she is very rude and egotistical.
Manager Tracy refused to serve me my drink after I already paid. I purchased a pink drink and asked for some more strawberry acai base on the side like I always do. Tracy, with a very negative and unprofessional attitude refused to give it to me. Which was no problem for me, so I said I would pay for it. I paid another $5 for a whole strawberry acai drink, and Tracy proceeded to tell me that she would not be serving me and that I need to leave. Please consider retraining the barista lady working at this location. She does not appear to follow proper drink-making procedures and often overlooks customer customizations. Many of the drinks she prepares end up being thrown out, redone because she overlooked the order and even the ones i take still lacking in proper taste/flavor. I’m surprised that this issue hasn’t been addressed by the rest of the staff.
