This location exemplifies why Starbucks has been a failing company. I spent $12 on two drinks, but when I nicely asked for a cup of ice the barista hassled me about it. I am done with Starbucks.
This spot feels just like a neighborhood café which I love! The staff and manager are absolutely AMAZING and hands-down the best part of this branch.
Unfortunately no longer offering free water. I get it, but at least have more options for people. For example, let us BUY it at an extremely overpriced amount like 50 cents (yes, even that is overpriced) and I'm not talking about the water bottles that are over $3, I just mean a cup of water.
