I just order 4 drinks to go and I received all my drinks incorrectly, and they didn’t want to help to fix all drinks.

Two times in a row I ordered a cafe Mocha and it tasted like plain hot milk. Really bad drink! It used to be better in the past. I don't know what is going on.

I don’t usually care about the service at Starbucks, but this location is consistently bad. Like the B team works here- I have came here 3 times since I started working in Del Mar Highlands, and each time something is off- not blonde roast, burned egg bites and today unable to make a coffee Frappuccino to go. Also, the guy at the cash was super unhelpful regarding loading a gift card to my app. I never asked for the Frappuccino “for here” and said “to go”. I asked the barista if she could fill up my water bottle. I was told I had to make another purchase. I had already purchased two coffees and a sandwich while I was there. They saved themselves 2 cents worth of water and lost all the other purchases I would make as someone who often works from coffee shops.
