Charged me for a Dubai Chocolate mocha at the register, and THEN told me that they’re out of pistachio. It was early in the morning too, so they MUST have known that they didn’t have it to begin with. No apology, no refund offered
Thank you Robin! Location is busy but well staffed and plenty of seating space. Open layout so crowding with traffic is fine.
Prices are extremely overpriced but that’s to be expected given the location. What really bothered me was the rudeness of the barista who gave me my order. Very disappointing.
Always had great service during our 5 day stay at The Sahara. The dark roast is so good. They never skimp on filling your cup to the top. The line moves very fast during busy periods because they have enough staff to handle the orders.
