HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Indian girl made my drink wrong. I told her it was wrong and she argued. She made replacement drink right - looked completely different than drink she made wrong. She never apologized she just explained how she messed up. Then the staff jumped on and all got on me all because she wouldn’t say I’m sorry I made a mistake. 30 minutes to pour a nitro cold brew. There was no mention of the wait when ordering, and no apology on receiving to make it worse too
The staff here for the past four years has fluctuates quite a bit but has always been friendly with me and the service is usually fast. There are 3 different locations to choose from on this little corner of Vegas and in my opinion, the one here in Sahara blends the best flavor and texture fraps.
SCAM - light ice does not mean full cup with ice on a expensive drink. All rude employees. They need training. Instead of smiling, they looked upset when people walked up to order.
This location is VERY slow at getting the food out. Seems to be a choke-point at the ovens. They are extremely quick and efficient about getting out drinks. Even food items not needing to be heated were taking over 20 mins this morning. There aren't other brekky options within 1/2 mile of here that I could find. So grab a cold wrap/sammy from their grab n go, order ahead, or just plan to not get food here.
