10$ for a Mocha and they still wanted to charge a dollar for a water. I wouldn’t spend a dime here that wasn’t a comp, just unreal greedy.
I have been frequenting this location for over 3 years and the baristas here are top notch. They are so patient with customers who aren't used to such high traffic locations, I've seen them keep their cool while hurried tourists get rude with them. Be prepared to wait (or just order ahead). Ridiculous experience here - they overcharged me and does not even try to help me resolve, it took me 30mins to get my money back. Both employees are extremely rude, keeping me waiting and never apologize.
Prices are high, staff is struggling. The Sahara needs a proper coffee place for morning breakfast. Zero vegan options except of plain bagel... Thank you
Priced higher than non-hotel Starbucks locations. Tip: They offer $1 Trenta (any size) refillable cups of water. Staff said I can come back to keep refilling it for free. Sun-Thurs 4am-5pm, Fri and Sat 4am-8pm. Located in the Sahara Casino Hotel, near the front entrance area. Free parking. Grande Pike is $4.85 Grande black iced tea $5.95.
