I’ve been coming to the Noe Valley Starbucks for a while now, and Salvador is hands-down one of the best baristas I’ve ever met. He’s warm, genuine, and always on point. whether it’s during a calm afternoon or the morning rush. You can tell he actually cares about the people who come in, not just the drinks. Ayva was super sweet and is a fantastic brand ambassador :) She went above and beyond.
I’ve visited this café several times since last year, and unfortunately, I’ve consistently noticed a difference in the way I’m treated compared to other customers. The service I receive always feels noticeably colder and more distant almost like they want to avoid interaction altogether. They never ask for my name when taking my order, and I’m rarely given the chance to specify the size or type of milk before they immediately move on to charge me.
