I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The staff repeatedly got my name wrong even after I clearly repeated it several times, and it felt like they were doing it on purpose rather than making an honest mistake. My drink order was also made incorrectly. I specifically asked for a blonde espresso with the correct number of shots, but I only received one shot instead. usually don’t write reviews but shoutout cameron! sweetest barista ever! walked in doing a busy time, but he still welcomed me in. his smile and kindness can cure anything. of course, coffee was made quickly and tasted delicious too.
I accidentally double ordered a mobile order. The staff was very helpful in helping me cancel one. Especially the person processing the refund. I really appreciate that and I tried to find a way to send a thank you to the corporate headquarters but couldn't find a link.
