snobby,rude,mocking when you dont know how to order. charge you when you have the wrong size drink unsure of the names. vennti grande tall...been in there everyday for 6 months to get drinks on my work breaks. always the same mess my drink up. I get the same thing hot or blended. they do funky crap. too much classic surip. or pour half the shots down the drain. because they've add to much ice...ill never go there again. so sad too. I spent wasted my money
