I arrived at this Starbucks and saw a STICKY NOTE that said “on break 15 minutes”. Okay, no problem. I sat and waited for 30 minutes until a woman finally came and took our order. We waited another 20 minutes for her to tell us that the fridge wasn’t working and that’s why our drinks weren’t ready.
