I am writing to report an issue with my recent Starbucks order. My drink arrived only half-filled, which is disappointing. It is frustrating that Starbucks provided such a poorly portioned drink and that DoorDash did not double-check the order quality before delivery.
I ordered a latte, but it tasted like milk with just a tiny drop of very watered-down coffee. I asked the barista if they could add at least another shot of whatever coffee was used, and they kindly offered to remake it. However, I was surprised to hear that their latte only had one shot and was mostly milk. A latte should have a proper espresso base, not taste like milk with a splash of weak Americano. Unfortunately, this did not taste like a latte at all.
Well, unfortunately, I must have encountered a new hire. I asked for a refresher with protein, and he was clueless.And had no idea, though, I repeated it several times because it was on the board. Very disappointed in our interaction
