Why doesn’t this location ever have the falafel pockets? Scrap it from the menu if yall aren’t going to carry it..
Had to ask them to remake my coffee, the second one was worst then the first one.
There’s an older lady that works here that had an attitude the last few times I came here, once in the drive thru and once on the front counter. The service on top of that was awful too. Long wait times for a single item when the drive thru and lobby are almost empty. I’ve had experiences with this location too where it’s taken over 10 minutes for a single hot food item to be made because they prioritized everyone who was in the drive thru or in the lobby instead of doing it as the tickets printed
