I go here because it’s the closest Starbucks. I have had quite a few wrong orders or mix ups and the drive through screen doesn’t work (over 1.5 years). It’s also usually pretty dirty (tables, floor, bathrooms) compared to other Starbucks. It’s unfortunate, as this is a good location for many people in Worcester. I don’t normally write bad reviews but people should know what to expect when visiting.
This place is always a hit or miss. Lately it has been a miss. I usually order through the drive through, occasionally i go inside; most of the time my coffee is not done right, and I always order the same thing. Food is decent, inside atmosphere is ok, but order takers need to be a little nicer. They usually don't acknowledge people who are waiting to order, but continue to do something else and ignore the customers.
