Mike and Gaby deserve the biggest shoutout. Every time I come in, they go above and beyond to make my day brighter. They’re not only professional and quick with orders, but also genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready with a smile. It’s rare to meet people who make you feel like more than just another customer, but Mike and Gaby do exactly that. I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks for the past three years, visiting daily. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. During a drive-through visit, I received my coffee and sandwich but was not given a straw. I tried to get the staff's attention by waving, but no one noticed.
