I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks for the past three years, visiting daily. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. During a drive-through visit, I received my coffee and sandwich but was not given a straw. I tried to get the staff's attention by waving, but no one noticed. Fan of Starbucks chai latte but this location disappointed
This is the third time my lid wasn't snapped on. There are other things I can't prove happened, but I didn't eat what I ordered. I can't help thinking this is because I drive a tesla.
