I waited over 20 minutes after ordering and already paid watched many groups served ahead of me that had ordered. Cleanliness is certainly a question as un approved employees grabbed many cups for waters without washing hands. Gross
Honestly, this location should be closed. I’ll make it short… 1) they don’t allow you to order on the app ahead, 2) they are often out of mocha sauce (no biggie), 3) they didn’t have ice coffee one time I went there (umm), 4) my most recent visit I received the wrong sandwich, 5) they have you put in your own cream which is fine, but it’s upsetting when they leave a ton of room at the top and all you asked for was a splash of cream.
