Honestly, this location should be closed. I’ll make it short… 1) they don’t allow you to order on the app ahead, 2) they are often out of mocha sauce (no biggie), 3) they didn’t have ice coffee one time I went there (umm), 4) my most recent visit I received the wrong sandwich, 5) they have you put in your own cream which is fine, but it’s upsetting when they leave a ton of room at the top and all you asked for was a splash of cream. Was in front of line, and waited for 10 minutes to be attended to. No one acknowledged me and just kept about. Very poor customer service and the place was very messy. Left without ordering.
