Inappropriate behavior by employees. Starbucks has a dress code, part of that code should include your full appearance individuality should not trump professionalism in the workplace.
It was a slow day for them, and somehow they still managed to mess up my order. I asked for a decaf latte with half & half—not a cup of regret made with heavy whip and digestive consequences. The barista clearly graduated from the “Close Enough School of Coffee Making,” and let me tell you, they earned a solid F. Maybe instead of asking for tips, they should be asking for basic training and a pay cut.
