I ordered online today and my order was not ready when I showed up, when I asked where my sandwiches are, they said "oh, someone must have taken them" and had to re-make them. There were about 20-30 children in and around the location, which was just irritating. Nobody wants to go to Starbucks to deal with a bunch of kids. This experience made sure I will never go to this location again.
The employees are very comfortable talking shit. They didnt even bother to whisper or be discreet. Felt kinda bad for whoever they were talking about.
