I like this place. It’s not usually crowded, and Evelyn is very friendly, professional, and sweet.
This Starbucks location seems very unwelcoming the employees lack enthusiastic image for such a big coffee brand I personally think it can be better my barista was Phuong btw
I went to this Starbucks today for the first time, and while the coffee was great, my experience was ruined by the behavior of two employees. Just before noon, as we were leaving, they mocked us by repeating our “thank you” in a sarcastic way, clearly making fun of us. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A place like Starbucks should make customers feel welcome, not ridiculed. Very disappointing experience because of those two staff members.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks on Thursday, September 25th, around 11:50 AM. At the time, there were only two female employees working behind the counter. After we received our order and were leaving the store, one of the employees said “Have a good day,” and we responded politely with a simple “Thank you.” As we walked away, both employees openly mocked us by repeating our words in a sarcastic and exaggerated tone.
