There were two customers in front of me, and I saw they were helped while I was in line. But when it was my turn, they told me they had closed 26 minutes ago and said there was no customer service available

I had a very disappointing experience at this store, particularly with the level of customer service. I visited the Starbucks inside the store, where two female employees were working. They appeared untrained, inattentive, and unprofessional. I patiently waited in line behind two other customers who were served.
